Camping Rules

All campers are welcome to come and enjoy the mountain views and outdoor fun in the sun, please respect others and remember the swingers rules at all time. All campers are free  to have sun shade tents, toys, side by sides, dirt bikes, ATVs, grills, propane fire pits (No wood burning) please.

This is open camping. There are no electrical or sewage hookups. The road to the sites is easy to drive with 5 miles of dirt road so should be no issues getting your right in our gates. You have to pack in what you need and take all of your items and trash out with you or to our on-site dumpster. If you forget anything we have several markets in town to accommodate.

All of the sites in this area are able to fit tents and RVs. We will "Wagon Wheel" each site to keep ourselves a bit more private for whatever may occur.  

If you get busted acting "inappropriately" or in the buff then that means you have wandered way off course and are no longer in our Private Property. 

As for play remember NO MEANS NO. If ANYONE inappropriately touches, gropes, or gives unwanted attention and you have been told to back off and you continue, you will be asked to leave. You will also not be invited to any of our events in the future.

All camp site are Off-Grid, which mean please prepare yourself with enough water, food, and other essentials that you and your party may need. There are several local shops, groceries, gas, liquor, and anything else that you forget can be easily obtain in about a 15-20 minute drive from our property. All Camping will start at the 3:00 PM and will end at 3:00PM, if you would like to unpack early please email us directly to make other arrangements.

If weather permits, we will host a firework display and cook out. If you would like to donate your fireworks to the display we will incorporate them into the display show on July 4th, otherwise please no fireworks other party hours.

All firearms must be disclosed to host at check-in and proper State ID will be needed to operate them on the property. We host "Sunday Gun Day" in honor of our freedom and all gun safety rules will be enforced and followed. All firearms will be restricted from all parties and events except "Sunday Gun Day" please make sure your firearms are secure and out of site at all times otherwise. If you violate our rule on firearms that party will be asked to leave period and will not be invited back.

All generators must be placed away from campers, we recommend 20 feet distance from campers for setting up so please bring extension cord to make sure your able to get proper distance so we don't disturb the parties and wildlife.

All pets must be attended and collared and leached, remember this is a openly wild area with Bobcats, Coyotes, Snakes, and other dangers for your small friends.
