Property Amenities

We are surrounded by hundreds of acres of private property with 

• NO RESTRICTIONS 
• NO COPS  - (all Hospitals and Cops are 2 Hours Waiting)
• Wildlife (Bobcats, Deer, turkeys, Quail, PornHorns, Bears, Coyotes, Snakes,  Foxes, and just about anything else from Jack Rabbits to snakes and lizards)

We will be setting up a Mixer Bar and Providing Mixers for everyone at the party and some lite party snacks for everyone to enjoy. 

We will be hosting mimosas and breakfast daily for dinner a potluck is a great way to get to know people so we ask that you bring your best dish for dinners. snack are available though out the day.

We will be hosting SUNDAY GUNDAY on our Private Range (available 175 Yards) bring your own Firearms and Ammo. We have targets available or bring your own if you like, please notify  us know if you are interested in shooting  that day. 

We will be Hosting most events from the Main Party Deck beside the Volleyball Sandbox, we will have a covered Gazebo,  Outdoor Kitchen  and Bar Are. We will also provide several chairs, tables, and other party items.

We will be constructing a Volleyball Sandbox for playing games and we are also constructing a 60 foot Shade Canopy  with Bar area for tables and chairs and other party items.

We have a natural pool  which is normally with water fall feature,  currently it is being relined and reenforced for future use, will be completed by July 2023.

We have a 2 acre Pond which is normally stocked for fishing and swimming,  currently it is being relined and reenforced for future use.

We have a 40+ acres for all the fun trails and river and creeks to ride across for good old fashion fun.
